This step is about creating your best dating profile. It’s natural that you want to start making contact as soon as possible but you NEED to put some time into making your profile shine. Some people will only spend a few minutes creating their dating profile and date online for months wondering why it isn’t working!

Here are some questions you may ask yourself if you are having trouble getting to 12;
- What did you do the last week?
- What hobbies have you pursued?
- Do you enjoy watching particular shows or films?
- Are you reading any interesting books?
- If you took a day off work/school tomorrow, how would you spend that time?
- What would your best friend say if I asked him/her to describe you in one sentence?
Take the time to think about these things and write each item down on your piece of paper. You should have at least 12 items here. Don’t stop until you have that many!
